Website design
A site your customers can read on a phone, and that you can edit without ringing us.

Most small business websites fail in the same two places. They take too long to load on a phone away from wifi, and the thing the visitor came to do is three clicks further down than it should be.
We start from what the site has to achieve. A dental practice needs new patient registrations. A builder needs enquiries with enough detail to quote from. Those are different sites, even though both are five pages of text and photographs.
What you get
Every build includes the page plan, the copy, the design, the development and the launch. There is no separate design fee and no per page charge on top.
We write the copy unless you would rather write it yourself. This is the part most agencies quietly leave to the client, and it is the reason so many new sites sit at ninety percent finished for six months.
How we price it
A fixed price, agreed after the scoping call and before any work starts. If you ask for something that was not in the plan, we tell you what it costs before we build it.
How it runs
- 01
Scoping call
Forty five minutes on what the site has to bring in, who signs it off, and what is already working that we should not break.
- 02
Page plan and fixed quote
You get the sitemap and the price in writing. The price does not move unless the scope does.
- 03
Build on a staging URL
You get a link in the first week and can watch it take shape rather than waiting for a reveal.
- 04
Two rounds of changes
Collected in one document each round, so we are not chasing feedback across email and WhatsApp.
- 05
Launch
DNS cutover, redirects from every old URL that has links or rankings, then an indexing check in Search Console.
Common questions
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do. The code, the content and the domain sit in your name. If you leave us, you take the site with you and any competent developer can pick it up.
Can I edit the pages myself?
Yes. Text, images and blog posts are editable without touching code. Structural changes to layouts still come to us.
I already have a site. Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the redirects are done properly. We map every existing URL to its new home before launch, keep the pages that already rank, and watch Search Console for four weeks afterwards.
Do you use WordPress?
Only when the site genuinely needs it. Most small business sites are faster, cheaper to host and safer as static pages with a small editing layer on top.
Tell us what the site has to do
Send a couple of lines about the business and what is not working. You get a straight answer on whether we are the right fit, and a fixed price if we are.
