A small studio that finishes things
We build websites for UK small businesses, then look after them. That is the whole business.
Most of our work arrives from businesses that already paid for a website once. It was expensive, it took nine months, and now nobody can change the opening hours without emailing an agency that takes four days to reply.
How we are set up differently
We quote a fixed price after a scoping call and we do not start until you have agreed it. The site gets built on a staging link you can see from the first week, so there is no reveal at the end and no surprise about what you are getting.
When it launches, it is yours. The domain is registered in your name, the code sits in a repository you own, and if you want to move to another agency we will help you do it. We would rather lose a client cleanly than keep one who is stuck.
What we say no to
We turn down work where a website is not the answer. If your problem is that nobody knows you exist in a town of eight thousand people, a new site is not going to fix that, and we will say so before taking your money.
We also decline anything that requires breaking sector advertising rules, which comes up more often than you would expect in cosmetic and health work.
Where we are
Our address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. London clients can meet in person. Everyone else works with us over video calls and a shared staging link, which in practice is how most projects run regardless of geography.
