Booking is where a lot of small businesses lose money quietly. Not through anything dramatic, just an hour a day on the phone rearranging appointments and a few empty slots a week that nobody filled.

The hard part is never the calendar. It is the set of rules that live in the head of whoever runs the diary, most of which have never been written down.

What we do first

We write those rules down. Which appointments need a longer gap after them, which two cannot be booked back to back, who is allowed to take what. Until that document exists, no booking tool will fit, including the good ones.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Diary audit

We sit with whoever runs the diary and write down every rule they apply without thinking about it.

  2. 02

    Rules in writing

Buffer times, double bookings you allow on purpose, the appointment types only certain staff can take.

  3. 03

    Build and dry run

A fortnight of parallel running against the existing diary before anything goes live to customers.

Common questions

We already use a booking tool. Can you connect to it?

Often, yes. Tools with a public API can usually be embedded properly rather than dropped in as an iframe that breaks on mobile. Tell us which one you use.

Will it stop no-shows?

Deposits and reminders reduce them. Nothing eliminates them. Taking a card at booking time is the single change that makes the most difference.

Can customers reschedule themselves?

Yes, within the window you set. Most businesses allow it up to twenty four hours before and require a call after that.

Tell us what the site has to do

Send a couple of lines about the business and what is not working. You get a straight answer on whether we are the right fit, and a fixed price if we are.
