Web development
When an off the shelf site cannot do the job, we build the part that is missing.

Some businesses hit a ceiling where the website is no longer the problem. The problem is that quotes are assembled by hand, or the same customer detail is typed into three systems, or the booking diary lives in one person’s head.
That is the work we take on. It usually starts as a small tool bolted to the side of an existing site and grows only where it earns its keep.
Where this pays off
The test we apply is simple. If a person is doing something repetitive that a form and a database could do, and they are doing it more than a few times a week, it is worth costing up.
We will tell you when the answer is to buy something off the shelf instead. That happens often, and it is cheaper for you than a custom build we would rather sell.
How it runs
- 01
Discovery
We map the process as it runs today, including the spreadsheet everybody pretends is not load bearing.
- 02
Scope and estimate
Broken into deliverable stages with a price against each, so you can stop after stage two if that is enough.
- 03
Build in stages
Each stage ends with something you can use, not a progress report.
- 04
Handover
Documentation, credentials and a walkthrough recorded for the person who joins after you.
Common questions
Will I be locked in to you?
No. We build on mainstream open technologies, hand over the repository, and document how to run it. Lock-in is a business model, not a technical necessity.
Can you work with our existing developer?
Yes. We do this regularly, usually taking a defined component so responsibilities stay clear.
What happens when something breaks at 9pm?
Care plan customers get a monitored inbox and an agreed response time. Without a plan, we work business hours.
Tell us what the site has to do
Send a couple of lines about the business and what is not working. You get a straight answer on whether we are the right fit, and a fixed price if we are.
