A website is not a thing you finish. Certificates expire, dependencies get security patches, forms stop delivering because a mail provider changed a rule, and nobody notices until a customer mentions it.
A care plan is the arrangement where that is somebody’s job.
What is actually covered
Hosting, backups, updates, monitoring and a monthly allowance of small changes. Everything else is quoted, and we will tell you the cost before doing it rather than after.
The backup point deserves more attention than it usually gets. Plenty of providers take backups. Fewer ever restore one. We test a restore every quarter, because a backup you have never restored is a guess.

Take over hosting
We migrate the site, keep the old host running for a fortnight, then switch DNS when it is verified.

Baseline
Backups running, monitoring live, and a record of what version everything is on.

Monthly rhythm
Updates applied, backup restore tested quarterly, and a short report of what changed.
Common questions
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, swapping an image, adding a staff member, publishing a post. Anything under about thirty minutes. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
Do I have to host with you?
No, but the plan is cheaper and faster to support when we do, because we can fix things without waiting for someone else's control panel.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
We give you a full export and help your new provider move it. No exit fee and no holding the domain hostage.
Is my data kept in the UK?
Yes for the standard plan. If you have a specific requirement to name in a data processing agreement, tell us and we will confirm in writing before you sign.
